Our high precision Halcon calibration targets are mainly for machine vision and computer vision application.

This Hacon Calibration targets on glass are with the Halcon featured pattern,laser write on glass substrate,the pattern dimension and substrate dimension is different according to the FOV(FOV is lens field of view).

Products introduction:

Halcon suggest that the size of the calibration should be larger than 1 / 4 of the FOV, but smaller than the field of view (larger than the FOV Halcon software cannot correctly identify).Also suggest to take 15-20 pictures. It is recommended to select a calibration plate with a size of about 1 / 2 of the field of view to obtain better calibration results. After the calibration is OK, use the calibration results to measure the circle spacing of the calibration plate. Generally, the accuracy is micrometer level.

Glass slide feature is stable and high accuracy.This material is free of impurities and bubbles,low thermal expansion ratio,good surface flatness. It is the best material for making high-precision calibration plates, and the price is not high.

Disadvantaes:

The glass substrate is translucent, transparent, reflective and easy to fragile.

Application:

The glass is translucent and transparent,so the glass calibration targets are suitable for back light illumination environment, we can offer the back light calibration targets,

The illuminations are on the opposite side of the object without light reflection,so you can get the high quality images.
