If you use front ,reflective , natural illumination, like ring lighting,bar lighting,coaxial lighting,natural lighting,etc. We suggest you to select the Opaque Substrate to avoice reflection,such as Ceramic: Matte Ceramic which is non reflective, Glossy Ceramic which is reflective, White PE on Glass : perfectly replace matte ceramics

The accuracy of the calibration plate is mainly determined by the manufacture processing technology, mainly including the following three types:

●Laser lithography process (accuracy within 1~3um): imported processing equipment such as high-precision lithography machine and optical coating machine. Commonly used processing materials include glass and ceramic. The production pattern can reach 1m, and the commonly used (glass) processing size is generally about 500mm:

●Screen printing process (precision 1-30um): high precision screen printing machine, precision screen plate and other processing equipment. The commonly used processing materials include glass, ceramic, metal plate and composite plate. The production range can reach 2m, and the commonly used processing range is 300-1000mm

●Laser drawing (accuracy 20-50um): laser marking machine processing equipment, commonly used processing materials include aluminum alloy plate, and the range is generally within 400mm


4,Calibration Targets Applications

Calibration target is a special high-precision measurement and calibration tool developed for machine vision, industrial cameras,computer vision,robot arms,automated driving vehicles,Face recognition system, image measurement, photogrammetry, three-dimensional reconstruction, three-dimensional scanners, automation equipment, AOI/SMT machine, image measuring instrument, Metrology Institute, University, semiconductor industry, research institute and machine vision integrator, to determine the conversion relationship between physical dimensions and pixels, to correct lens distortion; And to determine the relationship between the three-dimensional geometric position of a point of the object and its corresponding point in the image, it is necessary to establish the geometric model of camera imaging.
