Application:

Working line ruler is used as measuring element in length measuring tools such as comparator, length measuring machine, universal tool microscope, universal measuring machine, etc; When the linear rule is used as a positioning element in precision machine tools such as coordinate boring machines and coordinate grinding machines for measurement or positioning, it should be used together with reading microscopes, optical reading heads or photoelectric microscopes. Manufacturing:
Ronchi rulings are typically manufactured through photolithographic deposition of metallic chromium on a substrate, which yields a precise, nearly 100% contrast pattern. For a reflective or illuminated type, dark stripes are printed on a diffusely reflecting or translucent substrate, like a white ceramic material or opal glass.
The precision of the photolithography process mainly depends on the lens precision in the photolithography machine. For example, if the accuracy of 1um is required, the corresponding lens precision need to be 1um. The accuracy meets the requirements depends entirely on the initial decision on the optical lens.
